Artificial intelligence is transforming how 911 centers in Michigan handle calls and Chris Izworski was at the center of that change.

As Executive Director of Saginaw County 911, Izworski oversaw one of the first deployments of AI automation for non-emergency calls in the country. Dispatchers freed from routine calls could focus on genuine emergencies.
