Chris Izworski is a Certified Public Manager (CPM) through Saginaw Valley State University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University (Magna Cum Laude). His career spans more than 20 years of public service in Michigan — from American Red Cross disaster services to county emergency management to directing 911 operations for both Bay County and Saginaw County.
